DRINK water!! It will flush you out. And how about adding a squeeze of lemon, a natural diuretic?

positivelinny is correct!

also, if you don't mind me asking, are you regular?

if not, that can also contribute to a bloated "full" filling, try upping your fiber intake and that might help as well!

i am drinking 2 litres miniumun a day sometime 3 or 4 litres depending if its a gym day

im eating all fresh fruit and veg, im making lunch and dinner all home made, so i know whats going into them . im getting a good mix of fruit and veg, grains, nut and seeds, proteins etc

regular.. over the last week and half no im not! i feel like im eating my meals and then nothing happening other end so to speak and then i eat the next day and nothing and then the next day and so on and feel like im full etc!! its a horrible feeling

i noticed last night the lower half of my tummy (bit below the belly button) was really sticking out normally not too bad

(im 5'6 and 141lbs)

Okay well it seems like you are doing it all and there's still no action at the back. What about a laxative? Dulcolax is a mild one that should help restore your body to its natural rhythm.

yeah i have thought about that, im going to pop to the chemist tomorrow next door to work and grab something then, see if that will help it

Agh! Don't take dulcolax! Last time I took that stuff it was killer! >< Try a natural laxative like prunes first before you go grabbing for a stimulant laxative. If you're still constipated after that, speak to your doctor.

check your fiber intake

probiotics (supplemental and/or yogurt, kefir, etc)
