Wow, I just looked in the mirror and I am bloated...like whoa!!! My stomach is definitely sticking out more than normal, that's for sure. Like most women, I have that little belly that just won't. Go. Away. But tonight the bloating makes it look almost as if it could be a baby bump or something! (Well...maybe I'm overreacting...who knows.)

Anyway, a really quick recap of what I ate today included things like yogurt, lots of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, an apple), oatmeal, broccoli, brussel sprouts, egg whites, boca burger on bread, salad, milk, coffee, Luna bar, erm...an possibly other variations that I cannot recall. Is it the food that is causing my bloatiness, or what?

I have been writing down what I eat too.  I am definitely doing what I can to cut the calories, I must reach a healthy weight and maintain it.  You hang in there.  I hope to hear from you again.

Sincerely,

Sam

I've had this problem quite a bit lately.  Not to sure where it's coming from.

when I lose, its belly first, then the rest of body slims down to catch up. when it does catch up, it looks like I got my belly all back! but its just the comparison.

I felt horribly bloated last night and seethed that I had to take my measurements then. But they are the same everywhere but my arms, which are smaller!

Also, I don't seem to have veggie issues (maybe still not eating enough? LOL) but my sister swears that broccoli and spinach give her the most awful gas, whether eaten raw or cooked. I always eat cooked and I do eat alot of both, so I'm sure glad she got those genes and not me. tee hee. so, it could be the veggies.

she gets it even though she does eat vegs daily, her body never got used to them.
