I sometimes get bloated after i eat/drink water. My Lower stomach is sticking out the most. I know its not fat cause im only 140lbs 5'10" and stay very healthy. When i feel my lower stomach, it feels firm, and looks like its protruding. when i wake up in the morning its flat. -.- any reasons?

i do the same thing. i do it every time i eat a meal. this is just the way my body is and i have ibs so a lot of things upset or irritate my tummy. if it goes away you are ok but it may just be something you have to deal with. sorry. i freaked when mine started doing it but now ussed to it. i think mine is more noticeable b/ci have a very flat, toned belly so when it is full, it really shows.
I'm like that as well but I thought it was normal. It pretty much sucks though. I'd love to hear any remedies if anyone has them.
i heard a tale of lemon juice in water is good for bloat. i know peppermint tea works good for me most of the time.
