No recipes off the top of my head, but you can use them in muffins, pancakes/waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, frozen and eaten as a snack, granola bars, heated in a saucepan and used as a jam/sauce for toast, pancakes, etc., and that's all I can think of :)

They freeze well.  Wash them and let them dry off, then freeze in a loose bag or spread on a baking sheet, then package in labled freezer bags or containers.

I like fresh blueberries on my breakfast cereal.  They're one of the healthiest foods you can eat.

If I find any healthy baked recipes, I'll post.

Blueberry cobbler is always a good choice. There is a recipe on this website for a cobbler that is 192 calories...that's not bad for a yummy dessert. I am a baker and I have been trying to make yummy desserts low cal and low fat for a little while now. Let me tell you..it's hard lol.
