| 1/3 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 3/4 | cup fresh or frozen blueberries |
| 1/2 | cup Wheat Bran |
| 1 | tbsp Blackstrap Molasses |
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Oil 12 muffin tins
- Mix Dry Ingredients
- Mix Wet Ingredients
- Combine wet and dry
- Pour into Muffin Tins
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
