Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup unbleached flour
2 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup skim milk
3 tbsp apple sauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients

  3. Cook at 400 C for 25 minutes
