1 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
5 tbsp rolled oats
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup 1.5% milk
3 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
1 slice silken tofu
2 small apples
2 eggs

  2. mash tofu, add wet and reserve 2 T of coconut oil for frying.
