I poop a lot. Especially when i go running. It always seems to get my bowels going. Well, I'm going on my third day with no pooping! I've even run extra to try and trigger a BM but nothing! Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this problem? I don't feel constipated or anything, I just hate the feeling of still having gunk inside me that should be outta here! And I don't like how it's tipping the scale either!

Drink plenty of warm fluids, tea, broths, soups... they're quite gentle on the digestion.  Get plenty of oily foods as well... oily fish, olive oil, avocados...   Other foods that could help... chocolate, prunes, tomatoes.   Don't suddenly start overloading your system with raw vegetables or lots of fibre... that can be counterproductive.   If you start to experience discomfort, get hold of some over-the-counter laxative preparations and take the recommended dosage last thing at night.  If that doesn't help then go to see your doctor.

One thing i do is a stomach massage. It sounds silly but when im lying in bed ill just rub my stomach for about 10min. After a few days i started to go every morning when i got up, its great.

I find that yogurt and a dinner made up entirely of steamed veggies help a lot. and fluids of course. careful with the raw and dry foods - gas!
