Body composition difference

Hello!

So earlier in the year, I burned off about 8lb which put me at 134. Over a few months I gained back about 4, and am now back down to 134. However, my measurements are different - bigger than they were when I was 134 the first time and I don't feel or look as 'thin' as I did. My jeans don't fit the same way either. They were almost falling off at 134 first round, and now are just as tight as they've always been second time there.

I don't eat sodium, fried foods etc, I know those can make a person look puffier.

So...what's going on? I'm confused!

Did you used to work out? And if you did, did you quit doing it? If so, you could have lose all of your muscle and gained some fat, since fat is bulkier in size than muscle.

Are you using the same scale?

My best bet is that you lost muscle, if you worked out in the past. If you didnt, then i would have no idea what would cause this. O_o

I still work out...the same if not more than I did before.
