Body Fat / BMI / Weight Maintenance challenge - Starts July 21st through September 15th!
Hey, all!
Okay, so for more than 100 days, I've worked with a lot of great people to drop weight. I've dropped a lot.
I still want to drop a little more, but only as I add muscle. So... this is a challenge for both. Over the next eight weeks, we:
1) Will weigh in twice a week. Mondays and Thurdays.
2) On Mondays, we need to check body fat and BMI and see where we're at. It doesn't matter how you measure this stuff, as long as you keep measuring it the same way over the course of the challenge. :)
It won't be pretty.. BUT... I think it's a nice honing mechanism for those of us that are getting closer to our goal, while still working together with those that have a little more to lose.

Happy Monday! Stuck in a rut right now. Haven't lifted in a few weeks. I have to get back. Now that the first week of football practice is down, I need to get back on track with lifting and running at night.

CW: 188.4 (-.2, -4.6 overall for this challenge)

CBF%: 14.8% (10mm on the caliper)

Okay! I'm back! And I found out some specifics!
I started here:
All in all, not bad. A slow weight decline, a slow BMI decline and a Body Fat ratio that feels as fictional as it does convenient. But for me, at least, this thing seems to be doing what I want it to do - more Body fat loss than weight loss. This is good, I think!
This week: Need to keep focussing on having at least 2000 calories a day, which feels like I'm eating a whole person. Also need to figure out why my knee hates me.
