So I just had my body fat tested for the first time since high school and I'm up to 10%. Anybody have any suggestions on how to simultaneously add a little weight (I'm at 165 and want to be at 170) as well as get that percentage down to about 7%?

Do I have to add a little fat to gain strength or can I possibly just add lean muscle?

Eric
