Weight Loss

I've been losing weight now for about 8 months.  I've lost 51 pounds but I still have about 20 to go.  I have been weight training but I'm not the best at maintaining a cardio routine.

I've been monitoring my body fat % in just the last couple of months.  Lately it seems to be slowly going up.  I understand the reasons but I'm wondering if anyone can suggest some sure fire ways to help bring that % down.  It's somewhat discouraging that I'm now in the "healthy" range as far as my weight is concerned but according to my BF% measurement, I'm obese.

Suggestions?

I'm not sure why your bf% would go up, esp if you're losing weight & building muscle. Are you using the same scale/system to calculate your bf% each time?
Yep, same scales/systems and they are pretty accurate.  It's not like it's gone up a lot,  3% over the last 3 months.  I'm definatly building muscle in some spots but my belly isn't going anywhere.  I heard that adding cardio would help but, although I do incorporate it, perhaps not with enough intensity, or not a on a routine basis?
I don't know.  I'm stumped.  I really want to build an athletic body but this is driving me nuts!
