I have always wanted to lose body fat.  I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what to eat that may help reduce body fat?

I think more important than what you should eat is how you should exercise - make sure you're doing a good bit of strength training if you're eating less. Otherwise you might lose weight, but it will be from both muscle and fat instead of from just fat.

I'm sure someone else will have some good suggestions about what foods to eat.
fruits, veggies and lean proteins. cut back on processed sugars and pastas. drink lots of water.

I don't know of any specific foods.
