im a bit confused about the body frame thing, when you measure are you supposed to *try* and make your fingers touch or just *grasp* around your wrist? for example im confused because if i just grab my wrist my fingers dont touch however if i squeeze my fingers i can get them to touch... so am i medium or large frame?

I think that is considered to be medium
I think my body frame calculations are off too. My thumb and finger don't come close to touching around my wrist, but my girlfriends touch no problem (around my wrist) and same on her wrist (mine don't touch, hers do). I guess I just have small hands. But if that's the case...then I have even more weight to lose than I though. Ugh.
I don't think the wrist thing is that accurate. I have extremely long spidery fingers and they cross when grabbing my wrist, but I am medium framed, not small framed.
i think it was just a guideline, and not any set rule. i don't think it really accounts for small or large hands. so just go with what you think makes sense! :)
yeah its weird, cos my left wrist is really bony, like literaly only skin covering the bone, but my right wrist is thicker cos of muscle [i'm right handed] so my fingers go around my left wrist no problem like woah, but on my right wrist, its a little harder.
