Any body from the Hamilton area?

I was just wondering if there is anybody from my area that might be able to keep me motivated and maybe in return help you as well. 

hey BabyBlue600! I live a few miles east of you but fairly close!  I am fairly upbeat about loosing weight and exercises, although I am 53 years old.  I am very excited about this site, it's awesome.
