I just started it last week, and I wanted to know if anyone else has tried it, or if they have any suggestions!
Thanks!!
I've done BFL a few times before. I'm actually starting my 3rd round of it tommorow! It has always worked for me.....given me great results. I followed the plan to the T. On my free days I would eat junk food all day long and I still got the results I wanted at the end of the program.
The first time I did BFL, I took my body fat from 21% down to 13% For me I was on top of the world. I highly recommend the program, just make shure you follow the program! 6 meals a day, all proper portion sizes and big time intensity when you exercise. Do what ever you like on your free day.
I have the book....but haven't done the program. My strength training program is a lot like it though.....
...I can't follow the diet to the t, it's too hard for me. But I LOVE tons of the BFL recipes on their website. So many are easy to make and are actually really good!
Different things work for different people. I did BFL a couple of years ago and did not lose any weight. Gained some actually, because I gained a lot of muscle. I think they have a good strength training program, but for me, it did not work. I stick to a work out plan that I know works for me (more cardio than BFL) and a diet that I know works for me (not as much protein - much more veggies and fruits), and I am steadily losing. I think it's better to tailor an individual plan that you can live with for the rest of your life. But There is no harm in trying it and I do know several people who have been successful with it.
