Thanks!!

No.. But let me know how it goes.. I've heard great things about it..  Good Luck
I haven't tried it, but I have read a bit about it.  Sounds interesting, and I buy the pre-mixed shakes for a quick meal to go.  They taste really good!  You'll have to keep us all updated!
I've tried it  before, I found it to be great. some of the supplements gave me a lot of energy and would have my heart raising.  It was kind of scary actually. but, the work outs are great.  I would follow the program minus the supplements.  They used to have a success documentary video free on their website that was very inspirational.  good luck,
I've done it, so has my mom and aunt, my mom and aunt had great success, but gained all of their weight back because it's just not something that you can live with long term. I tried it right before my thyroid problem was diagnosed, so needless to say, I did it faithfully and didn't lose a pound!
My C-C virtual friend Kisa has been following Body for Life with her husband and they are both having success with it.   They are on vacation this week, but I'm sure if you have questions and catch her when she gets back she'd be glad to help.

I've done BFL a few times before.  I'm actually starting my 3rd round of it tommorow!  It has always worked for me.....given me great results.  I followed the plan to the T.  On my free days I would eat junk food all day long and I still got the results I wanted at the end of the program.

The first time I did BFL, I took my body fat from 21% down to 13%  For me I was on top of the world.  I highly recommend the program, just make shure you follow the program!  6 meals a day, all proper portion sizes and big time intensity when you exercise.  Do what ever you like on your free day.

I have the book....but haven't done the program. My strength training program is a lot like it though.....

...I can't follow the diet to the t, it's too hard for me. But I LOVE tons of the BFL recipes on their website. So many are easy to make and are actually really good!

Different things work for different people. I did BFL a couple of years ago and did not lose any weight. Gained some actually, because I gained a lot of muscle. I think they have a good strength training program, but for me, it did not work. I stick to a work out plan that I know works for me (more cardio than BFL) and a diet that I know works for me (not as much protein - much more veggies and fruits), and I am steadily losing. I think it's better to tailor an individual plan that you can live with for the rest of your life. But There is no harm in trying it and I do know several people who have been successful with it.
