Yesterday I ate 1198 calories and felt so light-headed I almost passed out. Today I barely made it to 1000 calories and I'm full. I am so confused!!!!

I think you are playing tricks with your body!

I hope you are not doing this on a regular basis. Please eat more than this, especially if you are a teenager, unless you are under medical supervision with your diet.

1st: Please eat  more! I am only 5 ft and I eat more than that

2nd: different food makes you feel full differently: the weight/volume of the food, how easy it is to digest, fiber quantity, and how calories dense they are etc.

Im 20 years old 4'8 200lbs and I can't really exercise. So the system told me to eat 1250 to lose weight. I portion these calories like this 300 for breakfast, 300 for lunch, 400 for dinner, and 250 for any thing else.  by the time I make it to lunch Im full!!!!

What kinds of foods are you eating?  You really shouldn't be full on so few calories unless they're all low cal high bulk foods (salads and veggies).

Take a look at this site: http://www.phord.com/cc/  It calculates your BMR to be 1538 cals (assuming you're female; it'll be higher if you're male).  That's the basic number of calories your body would need if you were in a coma (organs functioning, muscles continuing to exist, etc.)  It's a bad idea to eat less calories than your BMR.  As it sounds like you're sedentary, you'll burn ~1850 calories per day and lose weight without undereating.  If you added any exercise at all (even short walks), that would increase the number of calories you'd burn per day and help you to lose faster.  That said, you still shouldn't be looking to lose more than 2 pounds per week (except maybe the first week or two you might lose more than that in water weight).

I eat wide variety of foods at small potions.  Today I ate breakfast late. It was 1/2 cup rice with a tablespoon of gravy, 3ozs salad (no dressing) and 3 chicken nuggets/w a tablespoon of hot sauce and fresca soda. It came out to be 285 calories
