I don't have a bodybugg but I've seen my friend wearing hers around. Bottom line: Knowledge is power. Just wear the thing! I hear that you have to pay a monthly subscription to get the online support and tools. I'm jealous of people that have them. I want one!

Last Friday my GoWear Fit was delivered, basically the same as the BB. I have been wearing it and doing my normal trips to the gym and calorie counting. I will be very interested to see if you have the same reaction but I am amazed at how many calories it says I am burning!

So, my GoWear Fit says I'm burnt 2648 on Saturday and 2880 on Sunday. Even if I take into account the 10% that their website says it could be off that's 2383 and 2592. I didn't realize it would be that high. Now I wonder if I'm really eating enough and maybe that's why my weight is not coming off.

I'm female, 37 yrs old, 5'3", 40% body fat and did no exercise at all until the middle of September when I joined the gym. I now strength train 3x per week and do cardio 3x per week. I'm supposed to eat 1300 calories per day but now I think that's too low and I'm going to up it a bit.

I think your calories are too low!

As far as the body bugg, i am going to get a fit bit next month, and i am really excited about it too.  I think you should write the numbers downs for the week and measure up against the cals you eat to see how accurate it is! I love doing the math to see how accurate the cals in vs out thing really is for me!

I am excited to see my burn as well! I imagine it is quite addicting for a while....
