Hey Everyone,

I'm going to Bonanza Restaurant this weekend with family and I'm trying to make smart choices in my dining experience. I've looked online to sub par results for nutritional information for their food items.

I was wondering if anyone knew a site that displayed them? I've found listings for 3 of their meat items, but they seemed kind of unbelievably low. I even went to calorielab to no results.

Is there a site I may have missed that displays them? If not, I may just have to go with my instincts.

Thanks in advance though! :)

if we don't have it here, try www.thedailyplate.com. I get a lot of calorie counts there usually as the result of a google search that goes like the one I just did for Bonanza -

 restaurant Bonanza calories

The first several google options came back for the daily plate. It's a great place for calories not found here, but CC has the best site over all!

Thanks! I checked it out, but got the same 3 items as I've been finding. Ah well, tricky little restaurants out there, huh? :P

I appreciate your response. :)

we'll sorry i cant help you but just wanted to say that we lost our bonanza restaurants a while back reasons being??? but i do remember they had a great salad bar! yet to find one like they used to have it?? shoneys comes close but just isn't the same.  have wonderful time and enjoy!

I think this gives a few more items.  Hope this helps.

Pappitas- Yes, Bonanza has an awesome salad bar! Actually the reason being why they probably haven't been back is because I read on line that their company went bankrupt. Pretty much like most places these days. For some reason the one near my parent's place is still going. My mother asked them about it and they said it was true, but they were one of the few restaurants off the chain that was still going. (Probably because this place is in the boonies and there isn't much else here...lmao.) Thank you for the well wishes. I should definitely enjoy it! :)

Eedwards1- Thank you so much for the link! It gave me a little more insight and was very helpful. I appreciate it. :)
