1 cup potato, sliced actually name root
1 cup sweet potato, sliced actually boniato
1 medium leek
6 cloves garlic, smashed
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, sliced
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 cups mushrooms
1 tbsp canola oil
1/8 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup water
