I've lost about 4-5kg over the last 2 months or so, maybe more due to stress and change in contraception (I went from being on the pill to Depo) and my boobs have shrunk noticeably- I feel so un-feminine, I used to want petite boobs but now I want them back. I am still the same bra size but its like the fat is gone from them? Is that at all possible?

interesting..... my boobs haven't done that sort of metamorphosis yet.... but I think they actualy have gotten a bit bigger?? probably because of the muscles - weight lifting Undecided i think you should weight lift once again.

GO TO THE GYM, DAMN WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!

oh, it also has to do with genes. some ppl are lucky and no mater how much they lose weight, their boobs will shrink so damn little. i hate those people. God sent me into this world to eat them alive. MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!

Methinks sooji had raw cane sugar for breakfast.

I agree though. Go to the gym, and work on your pecs. Push-ups, bench press, anything that works your pecs will help make your breasts more perky, and your chest less deflated.

Sorry, but I'm stepping into this from the other side of gender line. ;-)

When my wife loses weight, the titty fairy takes a holiday, so I can say that losing fat means losing fat from wherever *your* body is inclined to store those cals. Sorry. She's always wishing she was losing it from the seat, not the teat, but I love her just the way she is.

This coming from someone who has always had very small boobs: any more than a handful's a waste! >_> Smaller breasts can still be flattered through natural means. A good boost bra, the right clothing and fitting... and even then, what is "small" to you? B to C cup is certainly not, and any higher, definitely not...

The bigger they are the harder they fall.

Sorry folks, but any size increase in the chest muscles is likely to be insignificant to the loss in breast tissue from fat loss.  If you're storing a significant amount of fat in your breasts they will get smaller.  On a side note though, breast size can be more influenced by hormonal factors I believe then most give credit to.  And yes their are ways to create a positive hormonal environment in the body that creates a more womenly body while you are training.  (HINT:  Cutting your fat intake does the exact opposite).

Yeah, but I've also noticed that the more pushups, bench pressing, and general work for the pecs I do, the better my chest looks.

There's nothing WRONG with working your pecs, and it can't harm the way that your breasts look. It will only do positive things.

DAMN! I wish my boobs would get smaller!!

About 4 years ago.. I was a full C cup... I lost about 30 pounds.. and went from a size 7 jeans to a 1... and went from a C-cup to an A... I don't think they are coming back any time soon! But they are still there and perky! Can't complain, though, that wouldn't have been my first choice on where to lose weight from!

Most def. I am an F on a 5'3 136lb frame and the first and main place I always lose is in the bust. When I got down to 126 last year I was very noticeble. Had to buy all new bras. It's a pain in the toosh for me when I lose bc I have to have special minimizing bras that are expensive (also have to be taken in bc I am a 27in under the bust, which is very unheard of for someoneo with a bust my size). All in all I am very musucular so most of the fat on me is either there or my butt, (which is the next to go!) ah! and I dont have much of one to begin with. Good luck to you! Sorry to say there's not much you can do about it! I like my shrinkage though!

I lost my C-cups when I started exercising and being on the ring, and went down to A's, then for about a week and a half per month they'd plump back up again.  Eventually they settled down to a happy medium.  My doctor said that changes in breast size happen during the body's adjustment to hormones in birth control.

Maybe your body just needs some time to adjust and you'll be back to your... busty self?
