I'm afraid there isn't one.

the only thing you can do short of surgery is chest exersises. so use free weights and work your chest upper back and sholders.

I do push ups a lot, that has helped with my back and my chest area. You want to find some good workouts that works across the chest area. The machine chest press at the gym is pretty good. I do 30 pounds of weight, and I do 3 sets of 15 reps, and I saw some improvement in my chest within 3 weeks of doing it. I say... If you are a member at a local gym. Ask a trainer or a buff nut what machine is the best machine to use to work your chest.  The sagging is going to happen, but making that muscle tissue a little stronger just may pull them up a little, but not a lot. The hello I'm here nice to meet you boobs are going to go. It's hard to get that back. The only thing you can do is go under the knife for a breast lift, or get a damn good under wire support bra. That's the only way to keep the hey I'm here boobs alive.

One word. Gravity. Its gonna pull em down and there is nothing us women can do about it.

boobs are made of fat, not muscle.  you can't tone fat.

Pgeorgian, is so right. No muscle really is in the breast, but I still work my chest area out. I still see some improvement.

But here is a link to the inside of the breast.

There is muscle like a wall under the breast that runs down and meets with the abs and so on and so on, so I guess that's the muscle.. ( Little muscle) I do feel in my chest area.

Thanks for the replies, all very very helpfull! thank you!

Pgregorian is correct, they are fat not muscle.  BUT, there are plenty of exercises that will lift the chest muscles up and in turn that gets the girls looking pretty darn good.  Push-ups are excellent, military style and declining bench style.  Also add in, if you are at a gym, the chest machines.  You can build up the chest and they will stay pumped for a good few days.

Good luck!

try bench pressing, it seemed to have worked for me. good luck!
