so this might be a really lame question
but i have started dieting and exercising to lose weight and i am really nervous about losing the size of my chest. I am 5'9 about 145 pounds and i really like the size of my larger chest.
is it possible i will lose weight in my breasts?
Went from a C to an A here...

But at 5'9", 145, how much do you intend to lose? I think that's a good weight for that height.
i was hoping at least 15 pounds.
i am considered by other people to be a normal weight. I have thin limbs and hips, but i have some more tummy then i would like.

i want to be thin and have a large chest. i wont be happy if i dont have both.
Don't worry! All is not *lost*! hee hee...sorry, had to say it!
The *last time* (not using CC) I lost weight, I went from 160 to 110-I lost 50 lbs and only went from a D to a C. So-my big busted friend-you may still keep your blessed boobs. On a 110lb frame, my C's looked hugeish still. I'm with you though, I was blessed with a curvy body and with all the issues I have going against me with my weight, my boobs were something I always had in my favor. I didn't want to lose mine either.
You may keep them, yet. If you have always had biggish boobs, they'll probably stick around. Mine did!

well thats great! theres still hope after all.
the last place i put on weight was my boobs. not even that much, since I went from a 34-a to a 36-b ....but I know once my weight loss becomes aparent, I'll be close to flat chested again. D: that's weight loss for ya.
I lost my butt, too. But I hope that the fact I'm still developing and I exercise will help it come back.
I'm 5'5, around 140 pounds and I have a size D cup. I've been blessed.. although I'm really hoping to go down to a C cup.
In my experience, however little it is, you will lose weight in your boobs because its fat that your body will feed off of. However, I don't think you'll go down to an A, although that's pretty thin for your height (your goal - 130). I'm hoping to go down to 130 as well, and i think i'll still have a c cup cause that's what i had earlier. I'm guessing you may get to a B cup.
Just to clarify
doing push ups and pectoral exercises will prevent saggage as you lose weight as it builds muscle but wont stop them from shrinking
breasts are mostly fat....that's life
Boobs are fat AND tissue... and you generally have more of one that the other... so if you fall on the high tissue side, you won't lose much size... but if you have fall on the high fat side, expect to lose some to a lot...

You just took my answer lol...
Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
In terms of calorie burning, moderate jumping is about equal to running a 10-minute mile, although calorie burning is always a function of time... Read more
