It's ruining my diet and I'm so frustrated. I've been working out 3x a week (2 major aerobic/weight conditioning classes and an extra cardio day), I have been pretty good about staying under 1590 calories a day.. but then I drink. I'm guessing the booze is the reason I've been losing and gaining the same 3 pounds for a month. I practically starting crying when I looked in the mirror in the locker room today. This SUCKS. :(
