I love food surveys.  Talking about food is the next best thing to eating it.

Depends on which meal and how long till the next one.  Sometimes I'll eat more if I really am hungry, other times just hot tea if it's just mouth hunger.

Not so much any more, I do indulge in dark chocolate a couple of times a week.  I used to be a terrible sugar addict

Greek yogurt, piece of fruit, or my second all time favorite food, almond butter

Celery, cucumber

Haha, anything not good for you, basically. Ice cream, cookies, or some form of chocolate, usually. Small portion, though.

A piece of toasted bread with cream cheese, and sugar sprinkled on top.

A glass of milk, or fruit.

Go for baked chips (or a small portion of regular chips), and load up my plate up with veggies, small portions of the naughty stuff, and probably chicken.

Some creamy pasta, and a huge side of veggies. I'd eat most of my veggies first. I never finish the entire pasta.

One of their salads. Mexican is not my favourite food.

Bakeries are one of my weak spots. If I'm outside one, and a freshly baked scent catches my nose, thats what I'll get. I'm a sucker for freshly baked! But really, it changes. Depends on my mood.

Red rope licorice, or gummy bears. They're a bad habit, I know. Recently I've been taking dried fruit like apricots, plums and mangoes

Ice cream. Mmm, though since going 'vegan' -or trying to- I slip up a lot with this stuff.

Heated up lemon juice and water. So sour, you won't WANT to eat. Especially after brushing your teeth. what can I say? I'm a masochist haha

Textured Vegetable Protein. I cook it like oatmeal. It grosses out my friends/girlfriend/family/coworkers/random people on the bus, but it's so good...

fruit. You'd be surprised how sweet that stuff can be. Ever eat a papaya? I rest my case...

Broccoli and hummus. You get the crunchy without the added calories of chips. Or grilled veggies.

A huge %$#^ cake! Just kidding. i've been wanting to get a baguette and letting it harden, just so then I could have this huge piece of hard bread and use it as a weapon....

Raw organic/sugar free chocolate. Lovely to suck on and slowly enjoy lol - with a handul of brazil nuts. I find that it is sensible to have the chocolate WITH something, as it satisfies me and fills me up.

The chocolate with a handful of macadamia nuts. Brazils and macadamias are both favorites!

Banana’s and fresh dates, or banana’s and mandarins. I am eating a mostly raw diet at the moment, and I love banana’s - plus they are portable.

A packet of organic potato chips (organic does not matter, I buy them because this brand only contains salt, potato’s and oil) and no nasties.

Popcorn (same story as chips - natural brand with normal ingredients!)

Pop corn actually rocks - you can have a HUGE amount of it with NO calories or fat! And you get that salty hit !

A little organic/raw chocolate to suck on while watching TV in bed.

OR a frozen banana. LOVE frozen banana’s. taste like ice cream.

A little of that chocolate. After a meal I am not eating out of hunger, therefore if I am purely seeking the taste than I will give have what I actually want to taste lol.

I am genuinely hungry, I have raw almonds and brazils next to my bed.

OR a frozen banana. It is like having an ice cream while watching TV in bed. Very enjoyable.

Frozen banana’s! they taste JUST like ice cream… yum.

Oh, or more chocolate. Hey, its organic/natural/raw /not even heated or altered/so its okay! LOL.

OH - fresh dates are very sweet. Love those too.

I tend to eat the same regardless of extra calories.

If I need to eat before sleeping (I often to in order to sleep) I will have a bite of something even if I have exceeded calories. It keeps me sane.

If a person is genuinely hungry, then they must need more calories. That does not make sense, Chrissy!

1 - 2 fresh dates

1 - 2 squares chocolate

1 - 5 brazil nuts or a few almonds

Fruit. The ultimate sweet food!

Chocolate if I feel like it.

AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE - other wise I will not be hungry for my next meal!

If I eat too much then I would than wait until later to have my meal.

I always do my own thing regardless of the location lol!

I would bring my own potato or corn chips, so I knew what was in them.

Depending what I felt like I could bring:

Potato chips or popcorn, a brand that only had natural ingredients.

I might feel like hummus to dip chips in, so I would bring a natural brand.

If I felt like it, I might simply bring a bunch of banana’s or other fruits that I felt like having.

I seldom eat out. I don’t eat any man made unnatural ingredients or refined sugar so that rules out basically everything that I do not know the ingredients of!

However…. If in this situation I would ask for pan fried seafood in oil and garlic, or a grilled piece of fish. With a raw salad of plain lettuce, cucumber, and tomato, which I would drench in lemon juice and maybe olive oil.

I do not eat out because the restaurants are always happy to make what I want, but I pay 4 times a much then I would if I just grilled the fish at home. Waste of money.

 no tomato sauce though, as it always contains added sugar.

WAIT - pasta is usually just made from wheat… so…. I LOVE pasta with olive oil, so I could also ask for a small entrée sized pasta, with olive oil and seafood, or with plain olive oil, garlic, and topped with cheese. Pasta and melted cheese is tasty enough!

I would sip on water and just munch on a hand full of nuts or some fruit/or chocolate.

I could not be certain that anything in a Mexican place would be free from fake stuff…..

LOVE making my own nacho’s/Mexican food at home though!

I LOVE making my own pizza’s, with lovely cheese and ingredients that I KNOW are in it….. But would not eat it from a pizza place. Tomato sauces on pizzas always have sugar added. Always. And other stuff. No thanks.

I would get wok fried mixed seafood, in lots of garlic, peanut oil, and my choice of vegetables!

Frozen banana’s blended with cashew or almond butter/ with cocoa powder and vanilla extract is MY ice cream… SO GOOD too.

I would eat fresh bread there if it was natural with nothing funny added to it! Fresh bread is yummy.
