How do you bounce back?

I feel like I should own up to someone because I feel really guilty. Right, so I have now binged 4 days straight. Something is up. I have a big feeling it is all the pressure to look good for prom (which is tomorrow, so thats sort of out of the window) and for my next holiday in Denmark (August) and I have just been feeling absolutely miserable for the last few days. I feel neglected by my Mum, who has recently started dating AGAIN so pretty much spends her time on the computer, starving herself or compulsive cleaning. I feel hideous and really do not want to go to prom anymore.

So. I have no idea how I'm going to work off this weight. I was looking so good! I know I'll manage somehow though. A month is quite a bit of time so I think if I try hard I can turn it around!

When you slip up how do you pick yourself back up again? To be honest right now all I want to do is curl into a ball on my bed and not come out of my room for a week xD

Tomorrow is a new day. Start fresh, drink tons of water.

Why wait until tomorrow?  You've got all the tools you need to restart right now..

I've been struggling with binge-eating lately as well, and it's not easy to overcome... however I find the urge to binge seems to lessen when I've planned out my days/meals and make sure I'm getting enough food calorie-wise. It's all baby steps... Try for one binge-free day, then two, etcetc.

YOU CAN DO EET! >: B
