boys names, girls names?
the names i like are Morgan for a girl
and shawn or mark for a boy.
what about you??
Sicily Noelle for a girl. Tate, Connor or Cole for a boy.
I've always been partial to Dominik or Dmitri for a boy... Cillian's nice too.
And for a girl either Helena, or Ami Lee. :3
My new grandson is named Ean James, had he been a girl he would have been Sydney James.
Shawn... great name and spelling! That's my husband's name. We named our son Aidan Bailey, our favorite first name, and Bailey after my grandpa.
My newbie's name is Julia Grace. If I have another girl it will be Emily and if my next is a boy it will be Joey. ooooohhh!!! just thinking about getting to name another one makes me want to have one again.....but only for a split second.....let me have at least two years w/ little julia all to myself LOL
If we would have had a girl this last time i was going to name her Lila (pronounced Lie-la) i just always liked that name. You dont hear it much either. We also liked Lily for a girl but i worked at a daycare and every other girl coming into the daycare was a Lily so i didnt want a used name. So we loved Lila. We also had Zane picked out but we ended up going with Asher instead. Zane is a beautiful name. You dont hear it much either. When i named my sone Jacob i didnt hear anyone named that then the next year Jacob dethroned MIchael in the names dept. then everyone was naming their son Jacob!! (he goes by Jake actually now) when he's in trouble its Jacob though!! Alexis we were going to name her Alexa (like Billy Joels daughter) but we decided to just go with Alexis. But now everyone is named Alexis. Fun thread btw!!

Thanks vanessa!!
I have an Austin James and Isaac Michael and of course little princess Kaitlyn Elizabeth.
I would like to have one more when the twins are around 2 so if it would be a girl I want Aubree Lynn and for a boy I want Parker Jay
I have a 10 year old son named Joseph Micheal. If we ever get blessed with another child their names will be Brianne Maxine for a girl and Braeden McLain for a boy.
Phillip Michael
Claire Michelle
Kaitlyn Mae
I prefer traditional sounding names and names that also indicate gender. Just my preference though
I thought long and hard about the name choice and I even thought about when my kids would go on a job interview. Wanted names that showed strength and grace. Something they could be proud of.
Also want to add my sons name hasnt been in the top 100 since 1973.
I'm 7 weeks today and we're 100% sure if the baby is a boy he will be named Bram Terry, as of now we're about 80% sure if the baby is a girl she will be named Pearl, debate on the middle name is ongoing, I am pushing for Heidi, my mom's name.
I'm not pregnant (give me a few years and that may change!), but we've picked out several names already...
Girls:
- Ella Ann (Possibly Eloise and we'd just call her Ella. My grandmother was Eloise. Ann for his mother.)
- Kayleigh/Kaylee/Kaley Jean (not sure on the spelling of her first name yet. Jean is after my mother.)
- Caddie (no middle name yet. Caddie was my great grandmother.)
Boys:
- Perry James ( Maybe called PJ for short? Perry for my mom's maiden name, James for his father.)
- Noah Benjamin/ Benjamin Noah (No significance.. we just like both names. Noah could be cute for a girl too...)
I feel like there are others we've talked about, but I can't remember them atm. Should probably get back to work anyway instead of killing time on CC! :)
My daughters name is... Jai'lynn AnnMarie... (ann is my mom's middle, and Marie is her dad's moms middle)
when i have another girl i'll name her.. Addison La'Rae.. not sure of a boys name
I'm another Christal but I have taken pride in that I haven't personally met anyone with the same spelling. I know there are others out there from googling but just haven't met any. I like the charm in old names that have made a comeback. I also seem to really like hispanic sounding names. They just sound so beautiful to me.
We have a girls named picked out (even though we aren't yet preg.)
Elizabeth Kaye or Eliza Kaye - (She will be called Eliza either way) Elizabeth is my mothers middle name and Kaye is my mother-in-laws middle name. I love the two together.
Other names I like are Rosa, Alondra, Gabriella, Jordan, Ilana, Isidora,
We are stuck on boy names -
I do like names like Hunter, Jacob, Drew, Aiden, Mattias, Noah, Ethan, Elijah, and Logan
I had a set of triplets 8 weeks ago; two boys and a girl
In the order of their birth:
Michael David, Morah Elizabeth, Louis Ayden,
If I had two more girls instead of the boys, their names would have been Marissa and Logan (wasn't sure about middle names though). Had it been three boys, I'm not sure. When we found out we were having three babies, we decided to find out the sexes because we were having a hard time coming up with names for the boys. It took forever to come up with the two boy names that we finally decided on.
I have a 5 year old daughter who's name is Larissa Marie. (I gave her my middle name).
I have a three month old son and his name is Ezra Matthew. Matthew is my husbands first name.
The ultrasound people said that he was a girl and we had the name Faith Elizabeth picked out.
I love the name Faith.![]()
Though once, when I was dating a guy with a very european last name, Vivienne Grace and Vivienne Blair (Vivi for short) ran through my mind....
Naming them is the hardest part ;)
