Well, I'm going to anyway!!

After seeking advice on here and reading up, I decided last Thursday to try calorie-shifting AND upping my calorie intake by 200cals on avg. Guess what? I'm down two lbs, breaking a looooong plateau!! So, for those who are skeptical, hey, it worked for me. Thanks for all the good advice, everyone!

i was happy too when i lost my first 2 pounds. i used to eat at LEAST 3000 calories a day. i was a pig lol. but i cut my calories to 1600 - 1800 and i've lost over 30 lbs! All thanks to this site. it helped me get happier :)

You can brag, Congratulations. I was at a plateau a while back and examined my intake. Found my saturated fat was higher than recommended so I switched some foods and got my saturated fat down to 15mg per day. Almost in half and I dropped a few more pounds.

Laughing Way to go!! Keep on bragging when you've got great news like this. Congradulations.
