Every time i do anything thats really strenuous on my lungs or heart, especially cardio at the gym, my head feels like its on fire after about 10 minutes. I always make sure I'm getting enough water and calories. What could be happening? i hate it because i have a headache for the rest of the day.
I would ask a doctor....
What kind of cardio are you doing? Any one thing make it hurt more than others?
well i only really do elliptical and treadmill but its the same thing if i run outside so i don't think it's anything particular.
Its happened to me before and it was mainly when i wasn't drinking enough water. I drank more water and it went away. A headache is one of the first signs of dehydration.
If its happening all the time, I'd see a doctor. I was having migraines when I would have a hard workout on a day that I didn't eat enough. But you said your cals and water are good, so it could be something else!
