| 1 | tablespoon spring onions, finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon garlic, chopped |
| 1/2 | tablespoon fresh ginger |
| 1 | tablespoon soy sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon sherry |
| 2 | tablespoon stock, vegetable |
| 1 | tablespoon vegetable oil |
Recipe Directions for Braised pak choi
Heat the wok and the oil fry the onions, garlic and ginger, then stir fry the pak choi fry for 3 minutes then add soy sauce, sherry and stock and braise for 2 - 3 minutes, serve immediately.
