1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3 bananas
1/2 cup skim milk
2 large whole eggs
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Bran Muffins

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
