Ingredients
1 1/4 cups wheat bran
1 cup milk, fluid, nonfat
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Directions
  1. Mix all

  2. Bake at 375 for 25 mins.
