Who's with me now?
No more binging on those sweets that call you, no more putting off that excercise, and no more feeling bad about not being faithful to your diet.
Today we can all start fresh - with a blank slate - have a new goal, new rewards, a new plan.
Who want's to join me here to help support everyone who wants to make a fresh start today?!
WOOooo lets go!

I don't need a fresh start, but I like your energy.  Good luck!

Thanks, i decided last night that I just need a change and need one NOW before it is too late!
Hows your goals coming along?
and What do you do to keep on track? any tips or tricks

I don't really have any tips; my health issues sort of keep me on track then back me off (chemotherapy vs. steriods) except occasionally I do want a little more.  When I eat more, like last night after dinner I ate a few pieces of chicken after I was done my workout, I drink about 3 additional bottles (24oz) of water.  When I got up this morning I was .5 lb closer to my goal.  I've been doing that for a while and its pretty much worked each time I over-indulge.
wow, that seems really helpful, for me its sweets that i overinduldge, and that leads to chocolate, which leads to chips, so if i can avoid sweets i can avoid it all =D
and congrats on the .5 weight loss, your getting close!! only 10 left right?
and wow it must be hard to be dieting on top of everything else - RIGHT ON! good for you, thats really awesome =)

you know you shouldn't have done that...now I want chocolate.  Normally, if I don't think about it, I can go without - but now you've mentioned it and I want a candy bar...tomorrow is my "treat day".  Actually, I have about 4 pounds to go then comes the maintenance.  But the weekend is here and my husband is out of town performing...that's when I'm really bad (when there's no one to watch me).  I'll be okay, though.  Chemotherapy appt is on Saturday, so I'll have fun tomorrow then go down for the count on Saturday and start over again on Monday.

What's your goal?  How close are you?

ahhh i'm sorry i know i'm the same way.
like someone honestly posted a forum titled "whats your favorite candy"
i started reading and than was liek 'AHH I NEED TO STOP - i'm going to eat everything i read!'
and only 4 more to go woohoo your almost there
i only have 3 more to go - i'm trying to get down to 110 but the thing is when i weighed 120 in the summer i felt skinnier and leaner - i think i lost muscle and gained fat when i came back from the summer - because i was way more active in the summer and now i have an office job which limits my activity. So i'm trying to get down to 110 and maintain - and if i gain with working out but i feel skinnier and leaner than that is a.ok with me =D It's all about how i feel not what the scale says mainly.
I was at 110 about 2 weeks ago than had a couple of bad weeks and the weight creeped back on - maintaining is the hardest part like really - i thought dieting was hard - but maintaing seems almost a game like 'oh i can eat this now' but that leads me to binging - with dieitng it was easy ' i can't eat that '
but we will work on this together yay!

I absolutely agree; we'll keep each other honest and away from chocolate...

That'll be my mantra...its about how I feel, not what the scale says!

Good luck!

honest and away from chocolate i like it!
i'm going to post my successes in here just to prove i did not cheat [hopefully]
and if i did cheat we will work through it
anyone else is welcome!

wooohooo!

I'm definitely in!
wonderful!
waht time zone are you in...like what time is it where you are so we can update at the end of each day!
I'm in DE - east coast; its 3:20 PM right now.
Ok it's 1:20 PM here, so were not that far apart =D right on, than posting at the end of each day won't really be a hard problem!
Okay; at around 5:00PM (eastern time), I'll post what I've eaten so far, then what I plan to eat for dinner.  Are you on CC on the weekends?  I have chemo on Saturday so I probably won't log back on until Monday.  I'll log everything from the weekend on Monday.

Oooooh, I want in on this....that'll be 3:00 my time....hmmm.....still many snacking hours left in the day by then, so I will post when I can.

wooohooo ya join!
yes we all need to keep the support going - if no one cheats or and everyone reaches good goals once a week we should get something good - i'm going to take myself shopping and buy a new shirt or new shoes or new something every week that i am perfect! that way it will help keep me on track.
I'll probably log mine around 7PM(western time?) heck i have no idea what time zone i'm in.
I still eat at home so I can't really predict my dinner so I will log it after - now i'm not talking writing out exactly what i had just like in general like breakfast - 200 cals. ect. or if you don't want to write calories just put a mark like 'achieved goal for the day - no cheating - calories good =D' that way no one will feel like 'oh there eating way less.. ect'
wooohooo!
no more binging for me nu uh!
and ya i'm usually on cc on the weekends, i like to keep on track!

welcome aboard, 7mcg.

ok we are all got this!
no more cheating days thinking no one will find out - because this time people will find out.
i'm going to get myself something special each week i attain all of my goals
aka. excercise, and healthy nutrition =D
and i feel better when i eat healthy so i don't know why i let the cravings control me, i no longer will.
When you look at that muffin think 'is this really worht screwing up my whole day and leading me on a binge and leading me off a good week that i've had'

NO

of couse one muffin would NEVER be worth screwing up so many things =D welcome everyone lets do this! i'm down with just logging that you have had a successful day with like 'calorie goal reached' or ect. and if you want post what you eat and your excercise if you feel comfortable - no one has to post anything they don't want to =)

if you ever feel like your going to binge or your just having a bad day message me, or message another one of the members talk to someone, hopefully it will help with the urge to binge and ect. =D

Okay - I'm done for the day until I get home for dinner and I know what's for dinner, so...

breakfast - 1/2 bagel w/lite cream cheese & my normal water (24oz)

lunch - lean cuisine salmon w/basil (very good) & water

snack/whatever - 72 oz water and several Lifesaver wint-o-green mints

dinner - baked chicken on bead of angel hair pasta w/shrimp & crabmeat

I'll probably have 2 or 3 more bottles of water

total calories ~ 900 on an allowance of 1250/day

ooo the baked chicken sounds good =)
i'm a little jealous - and only 900 cals? shouldn't we all be having 1200 as the bare minimum - i don't think you lose weight if you go below 1200 because your body starts to conserve the food - or at leas thats what i've read everywhere.
mmm i want shrimp and crab pasta now - wow that sounds good - i think i'm having liek chicken thighs or something for dinner - not nearly as exciting hahaha
but good job with the non-binging, i couldn't handle having the sugar of the lifesaver mints and than not any more sugar - geez even eating fruit i start to crave more fruit and mroe fruit - not today! i just had a mini fruit salad and now im going on a quick 10 minute walk on my cofee break =D

I usually have fewer calories toward the end of the week because I have chemotherapy on Saturday.  I've learned over the past couple of years that my body responds better to the medication if I have lite days prior to treatment.  Usually you should have at least 1200 calories per day.
