Just thought I'd introduce myself to anyone who reads this.

My name is Cecilia, though I go by Cee, and I'm 22 years old.

I've set my mind to loose 3-4 kg by the end of august or mid september. My main problem is that I'm way too lazy lol I really don't like to move too much and uni cuts down the time I can invest in exercising.  I've joined the running team so I hope that will help me get fit and burn calories. 

I've been attending Curves but I don't seem to be able to shed the kilograms... do any of you attend Curves? I'm beginning to think it doesn't work.

This is the 4th time I'm on a diet. I have lost 24 kg over the past years and I still struggle with my body image perception and a slight tendency to restrict my intakes and "purify" myself. I hope to get over that in the near future.

 

I hope this works out and I stick to working out and calorie counting!
