Hey guys! Just joined this website and I was wondering if its any good? I would like to lose around 12 lbs to get back to how I used to be before I picked up all the bad habits. Any tips or suggestions? Thank you!

Are you currently doing a workout program?

Alright awesome. Well, I am 5'9 1/2" . I weight 142 right now, but not very toned and I have small bones so its pretty noticeable. I used to weigh 130, but drinking and eating junk have upped that alot. I'm a college student and I work so I haven't been working out as much, but I want to start jogging every other day and yoga/pilates inbetween my jogging days. Really I would really like to tone up and just get the body I know I can get with alot of motivation and hard work. Does that help any?
