Hi my name is Caitlin Michelle and I'm brand new to the group and this website period. I am a 21 yr old college student who works & is pretty busy most of the time. I am 5'10" and weigh 143 lbs and have a slim frame. I'm ready to tone up and lose my extra flubber and get the body I have always wanted. I used to play sports and work out for hours everyday, but since I have stopped and go out on the weekends all teh extra alcohol calories and just bad food have caught up to me. If anyone wants to help me out I would appreciate it so much! Oh yeah, I'm trying to get back to the 125 that I used to weight by Mar. 2009 (my 22 birthday & spring break). Thanks!

Hey! I'm in a similar situation, except I'm a bit taller and heavier than you. I'm a 21 year old college student and I am 6 ft. 188 pounds...my birthday is also in March and I want to get down to 167 by then, I'll decide if I feel I need to lose more when I get there.  I figure around 20 lbs in 4 months is pretty reasonable goal, though I'm trying to basically lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, so that'll be tricky. Anyways, I think it would be pretty cool to have someone else who is doing something similar to help as well. How has your experience been using this site so far? Hows it going?

im 21 too, and i weight 104kg (i dont know how many lbs) and am 1.90cm i used to athletical so thats my goal now, stop being passive and go excercise again!
