How to break a bad habit...
I have gotten into a really bad habit of eating bad food at work, I work graveyard and have acess to room service and all the food in the cafeteria. It's a nightmare, I start the day out with good intentions but it goes downhill once I hit the cafeteria at 2am, I won't have totally destroyed the day by this stage but when I head down to room service to pick up cookies and fruit for the team at 4am my will power goes down the drain to the evil cookies.
Does anyone have any ideas for how to combat the evil graveyard eating?

I would let everyone that you are working with know the struggle you are going through and ask for their support. And start bringing tons of food! Nuts, fruits, veggies. Let yourself snack all night on the good stuff.
I let a couple people at my work know...and when the leftover food from the cafeteria came up for grabs and I decided I could "factor in" some pasta...someone behind my shoulder said "I thought you were counting calories?" which guilted me into a salad. That got me through the hard part, and now I love my salads! after 2 months my cravings are basically gone :)

The people at work are definately not helping, they're the ones asking me to go and get the cookies!!!
Good point about the factoring in pasta, that does sound familiar...
