ive been on a 130 lbs plateau for about 3 weeks....

and i wanna break it though maybe a 2, or one day fast. i usually lose about 3 on a fast and it stays down.

but say if tomorrow, i eat and semi-large breakfast and protien shake, and dont eat though out the day, what could i drink to help keep up my metab without all the calories?

Coffee probably. But I think you should go the other way to break a plateau. Instead of fasting, eat your maintenance calories for a week or so. That's worked for me twice, and it's a lot easier than starving.

yea, but sadly my motivation over one day will stay for that day, and over a week of eating wone way i cant maintain it tht long...

 

im thinking more veges though and less sh**
