Hi my name is Alex I know this feelings will not last but I am going to write about it. Today and Saturday I am going to to take the day off and be a normal teen. How I miss those days, of not worrying about calories and eating whatever I want. Also not worry what the scale says. i AM A 17 year old teen that is tired of counting calories and worrying about weight 24/7 seven those thwo days I will be that normal teen. Eat junk food as I used to and have fun.

The mentality I want to have is eat healthy most of the time and have fun the rest 20 precent. I am recovcering from an ED and i am sick and sick and tired of always being in my mind it is hell. I do not care what the scale says about those two days. I am just sick and I want to be a normal teen that i used to be but with healthy eating.

Any comment or feedback will be appreciated. I knoiw these thoughts will not last soon and old thoughts will come back soon

I think taking a break is a very healthy thing.

Kudos on taking some days off from the stress and worry.

Having fun is key not just for teens but for everyone! Enjoy yourself and life!

Hopefully by taking the break it will help you release some of the old thoughts and help you realize that breaks are good for your heart soul & body!!!

YAY YOU!

thanks for your comment and i know some old thought WILL BE FORGETTEN
