It was good.  Too short of course, but good.  My sister finally had her baby boy Sunday morning, by C-section. 

How are your parents doing with all the storms?

kim i have been thinking of your parents all weekend and its been driving me nuts that i dont even know where they are in the US lol!! so i cant even sit here hoping for Gustav to move a certain direction!!!!! :S

I'm going to journal the details but they are fine. The storm went more west. They live in Florida way up in the panhandle. Right below Alabama and next to (I think) a small section of Mississippi. They are between Pensacola and Ft Walton.

Great.  Then it sounds like Hanna will miss them also, right?

yay for kims parents!!!!!!!! i heard about the other hurricane too, its not a great time for americans right now is it :(

we had a funnel cloud over here apparently but it didnt descend enough to cause damage

Looks like Hanna will be coming up the East coast. Then we have to worry about Ike.

Hey, I just got an out of office message from my boss.  Apparently he's on vacation this week.  90% of the time he forgets to tell us when he is going to be gone.  To bad I can't get away with that.

so, mine and J's parents have just decided that they would like to meet and have dinner together... on our 2 year anniversary,. talk about timing!! im so nervous about it  (its next weekend, fyi)

 nope theyve never met. our dads both work abroad during the week and they both like to take world trips, where one set of parents get bk the day the other set of parents leave lol. with that and my brothers football matches which we go and support, and L's music concerts, there just hasnt ever been a good time!
