Breakfast Burrito Recipe

Makes 1 serving


Simple and easy breakfast meal. Use whole wheat tortilla.

Ingredients
1 flour tortilla
2 egg whites
1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp salsa
Directions
  1. Scramble egg whites and cook on medium heat in sprayed pan.

  2. Warm tortilla in microwave oven.

  3. Put scrambled eggs on tortilla and sprinkle cheese and salsa on top.

  4. Roll up and eat.
