| 1 | flour tortilla |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1 | tbsp shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 | tbsp salsa |
- Scramble egg whites and cook on medium heat in sprayed pan.
- Warm tortilla in microwave oven.
- Put scrambled eggs on tortilla and sprinkle cheese and salsa on top.
- Roll up and eat.
