breakfast "desserts" not exactly but so good they seem like it. what are yours??

Okay, so lately i've been having parfaits but made with cottage cheese instead of yogurt.

i chop up about a cup of strawberries, top it with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, and fiber one, sprinkle a little sugar on top for sweetness and it is OH MY GOSH delicious. like a breakfast dessert REALLY but it's quite healthy and balanced, not at all an actual "dessert"

it's only about 150 calories too...

1/2 serving fiber one :30

1 serving cottage cheese: 90

1/2 cup strawberries: 30

so, do you have any of these morning treats that are that good and feel sinful but aren't??

Well I am sure you have read all my posts about PUMPKIN by now! But seriously - IT'S BOMB!!!

Pancakes! Made with ww flour, yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, milk...and spread with apple sauce and honey :)

Any oatmeal really, like the above posters said Banana oatmeal, chocolate powder oatmeal, pumpkin pie oatmeal..

Frozen berries mixed with weetabix and vanilla soy milk

CHOCOLATE powder with yogurt and berries yummy

two favorites-

-natural crunchy peanut butter in my oatmeal with a little vanilla sugar free coffee creamer---I love this way too much!Smile

-1/2 toasted bagel, top with a little cottage cheese mixed with a little vanilla or hazelnut sugar free coffee creamer, toppedwith some slivered almonds and just a few dried diced cherries....heat in microwave 30 seconds, yum....i pretend its a cream cheese danish...blueberries work really well too

Ha! I do exactly the same thing as the original poster. I fill a bowl with light cottage cheese, top it with fresh/frozen berries and bran flakes, sprinkle on some ground cinnamon and drizzle on some sugar free maple syrup... delish!
