i'm finding myself often eating breakfast, feeling super hungry 1-2 hours later, and then binging uncontrollably for the rest of the day.

what are some good breakfast ideas (not oatmeal please lol) that are really high-protein and/or filling and are 300 or less calories?

-1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese (90 calories) with 1/2 cup fiber one (original) cereal (60) with cinnamon (if you want).  Also with an apple (80) = 230 calories

-english muffin (120) with 1 Tb peanut butter (90) and 1 cup strawberries (50) = 260 calories

-1 cup Kashi GoLean (original) cereal (140 calories) with 3/4 cup skim milk (60) and 1 banana

-2 eggs microwaved (about 1 minute, but check every 30 sec) (140 calories) with toast (80) and 1 apple (80) = 300 calories

-Smoothie:  1 cup frozen fruit (60) with milk (80) and 1 scoop protein powder (100) and 1/2 cup cheerios (50) = 290 calories

Breakfast sandwich:

1 thomas's light multigrain english muffin (100)

1 poached egg (70)

1 slice fat free cheese (30)

1/4 avocado (70)

1 slice tomato (negligable)

Total: 270 and really filling - I eat this with sauteed sweet potatoes and spinach for a super filling lunch sometimes!

Egg whites or protein shakes are the way to go for lean, lower calorie, higher protein breakfasts. Lean breakfast meat will do too but I don't like them. Adding small amounts of chopped nuts to waffles or pancakes (whole grain ones) helps too.
