I want a good breakfast, something high in protein.
I have a small yogurt in the morning (80 calories) first thing. I would love to have something eles other than oatmeal, with a little higher than 150 calories.
My office is pretty flexible with eating and food, so it could be something that requires a slight amount of preparation.

I'm not sure how much protein but I have 1c of cheerios with a 1/2 c. vanilla soymilk and a medium banana cut on top :) my favorite! sometimes I switch the banana out for blueberries.
I like cottage cheese with various things mixed in...high in sodium though
I'm not sure how much protein you are looking for but I have 1 cup of Special K w/ 1/2 cup of 2% milk. The cereal has about 9 grams of protein I think, but you could add a small banana and total about 250 calories.
This may sound screwy, but try eating some fish, which is loaded with protein. Tuna out of the can on toast. Better yet, something grilled, sauteed or smoked - trout, cod, flounder. Or maybe lox & capers & onions, with a bagel and cream cheese if your calories allow it.
Try a slice of whole-wheat toast topped with a mixture of fat-free cottage cheese and chopped egg whites. Lots of protein in cottage cheese and egg whites! Plus some good carbs in the whole wheat bread. I top it with black pepper.
You can adjust the calories depending on what type of bread you use and how many slices, how much cottage cheese (40 cals for 1/4 cup) and how many egg whites (about 20 cals per egg white).

egg sandwich -
1 egg with 2 scrambled whites
2 slices low-cal toast
199 calories and soooo filling

Kind of like fallingstar's suggestion - an egg wrap. Find a good low carb, whole wheat tortilla (ranges from 50-120 calories). They usually have about 5g protein. Add a few egg whites (6g protein each) and some fat free cheese (5g protein a slice) and any veggies you like.
Frittatas are nice. Basically egg white, cheese, and veggies.
You could make a nice breakfast quiche (with or without crust, up to you) with egg whites, fat free cheese and or cottage cheese, milk, and whatever else you want in there.

you could have toast or cereal (i love kashi), a glass of milk, some kind of fruit like a banana, then for your protein some cottage cheese or scrambled eggs. or you could make a egg "mc muffin" too. you take an english muffin and put eggs, bacon, and cheese in it. if you needed to you could probably make it at home then bring it to work with an apple or banana or something and just heat it up.
I second the Kashi cereal. Their GoLean has 13 grams protein plus you can add yogurt (or milk). This is great with some fresh fruit or frozen berries added.
Like thhq mentions, I love smoked fish for breakfast, with bread/crackers and some fruit. I recently found smoked mahi mahi and it was excellent, and half the calories of smoked salmon. I hadn't realized how high salmon is in calories.

Frozen fruit that's slightly thawed so that it's still super cold and icy - If you buy Walden Farms SUGAR+CALORIE FREE Chocolate Syrup - Drizzle it ALL over the fruit!
AMAZING Breakfast. And since the chocolate (which is surpringly chocolately and good!)has no calories - You'll only be taking in the fruit calories - Which is a two-thumbs-up choice for dieters anyways! I probably have two ENORMOUS bowls of fruit for breakfast (It's my biggest meal!) and I still consume about 250 calories.
Try to choose lower calorie fruit like berries and peaches (Not mango or bananas) - You may choose to top with some fat-free yogurt if that works for you - I'm lactose-intolerant so yogurt makes me bloated.

I buy the Mocafe frappe mix (available at Sovrana.com). In a blender, (I use a Magic Bullet) I add 1 cup of crushed ice, 1 scoop frappe mix (180 cal) and 1 cup light chocolate soy milk (120 cal) This is delicious and filling. A little high in sugar, though. Sometime my husband and I have these for dinner. They're great!
I have a wheat pancake and 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast with one tablespoon of light syrup.
1 can tuna
whole wheat toast
poached egg
berries
