Chopped up cucumber in a bowl with natural yoghurt, Special K and a little honey!! It was strangely nice, and very filling!

Bran flakes with Splenda and skim milk, and peanut butter (PB2), sugar free jelly, and banana in a pita.
fiber one honey cluster cereal with skim milk and coffee with a little sugar.  mid morning snack is going to be a yoplait raspberry yogurt
a mini bagel with some nonfat american cheese and a few pieces of turkey bacon.
low sugar jam on toast with a plum and tea then meal number 2 is gonna be ww soup with an apple
Handful of pumpkin seeds. Wasn'y very hungry.
a few weetabix biscuits, hand ful of each: blueberrys, raspberries and a small local peach with milk and some orange juice with whey protien bleneded in.
1/2 a baked sweet potato, mashed (leftovers...mmm) + vanilla protein powder + raisins + nut/seed mix + cinnamon  --all this plus some hot water (to make it creamier) was microwaved.  Different from my usual oatmeal, rather tasty, and filling!

70 grams of chocolate flavored oatmeal.... soooooo good even without milk or sugar.. mmmm...!!! (= kept me full til 11am (that was odd..70grams isnt much..but..well thats good!!)

Ok  I am a barbarian today  Surprised

I stopped at MCD and grabbed an egg mc muffin ( 300 cals but 30% DV Calcium and 20% DV iron)  and chocolate chip cookies(100 cals).   I have learned if I skip a meal I eat more than if I have a crummy breakfast.  I am on target for my day as I shoot for 300-400 cals a meal.  

Also I have a vegetarian lunch planned.

 

Multi-grain oatmeal with skim milk and raspberries, coffee with Almond Breeze - Unsweetened Vanilla

Breakfast 1: Met- Rx Pure Protein Chocolate Fudge Deluxe bar with Diet coke

Breakfast 2: Eggbeater omlette with peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onion; oatmeal, some fruit salad, more diet coke. 

what brand makes chocoolate oatmeal?
Slim-Fast Optima - Cappuccion Delight, didn't taste like a real cappuccion but was decent. I also had a 100 Calorie Pack of Lorna Doone cookies... 


I had almonds 1oz, a med apple, a small banana and one slice of wheat bread ( 40 cals).

Snack: baby carrots and starbucks coffee. ( no sugar or milk).

I feel it is a  heavy breakfast, what do you think?
Scrambled egg whites with onions, zucchini, asparagus and curried tofu.

well i have the flu today so all i had for breakfast was a glass of ice-water,

but my breakfast is usually honeycomb cereal (1 and 1/2, 120 cals, 0.5 grams of fat, etc) with half a cup of milk ON THE SIDE. i just cannot put milk in my cereal! ew ew ew!

42g fat free milk, 125g vanilla soy milk, 2 servings of espresso, 20g vanilla almond special K cereal. Normally there would be 50g each of strawberries and blueberries on the cereal but I am all out. :(

 

toasted english muffin with peanut butter and strawberry jam, cup of skim milk, handful of grapes and 10 almonds. 
an apple, cup of tea, and some kashi heart to heart cereal = 250 cals :)
