What did you have for breakfast this morning??
Chopped up cucumber in a bowl with natural yoghurt, Special K and a little honey!! It was strangely nice, and very filling!
70 grams of chocolate flavored oatmeal.... soooooo good even without milk or sugar.. mmmm...!!! (= kept me full til 11am (that was odd..70grams isnt much..but..well thats good!!)

Ok I am a barbarian today ![]()
I stopped at MCD and grabbed an egg mc muffin ( 300 cals but 30% DV Calcium and 20% DV iron) and chocolate chip cookies(100 cals). I have learned if I skip a meal I eat more than if I have a crummy breakfast. I am on target for my day as I shoot for 300-400 cals a meal.
Also I have a vegetarian lunch planned.
Breakfast 1: Met- Rx Pure Protein Chocolate Fudge Deluxe bar with Diet coke
Breakfast 2: Eggbeater omlette with peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onion; oatmeal, some fruit salad, more diet coke.
Snack: baby carrots and starbucks coffee. ( no sugar or milk).
I feel it is a heavy breakfast, what do you think?

but my breakfast is usually honeycomb cereal (1 and 1/2, 120 cals, 0.5 grams of fat, etc) with half a cup of milk ON THE SIDE. i just cannot put milk in my cereal! ew ew ew!
42g fat free milk, 125g vanilla soy milk, 2 servings of espresso, 20g vanilla almond special K cereal. Normally there would be 50g each of strawberries and blueberries on the cereal but I am all out. :(
