In short, no.
You say you're going to school, don't you want energy to learn things?
Making breakfast doesn't have to take a long time to eat a sufficient amount of calories. Put the one cup of soymilk in some healthy unprocessed cereal... Eat more than one fruit... Eat the fruit with some oatmeal. Even things like eggs shouldn't take too long (and you can cook them hard-boiled earlier and refrigerate them)

Bowl of cold cereal, cup of skim milk, fruit - how much time does that take? A good breakfast is really important so get up 10 minutes earlier.
Alternative - drink the milk (or soy milk), put the cereal in a plastic container or bag and eat it on the way to school with a piece of fruit.

slice of bread with pb or cheese...or anything actually. you can never get fat from breakfast because you will burn everything up by the end of the day (well unless you eat a HUGE HUGE breakfast thats like 3000 cals lol)
or maybe those frozen multi grain waffles that you just pop into the microwave or oven. i love those.

I usually eat yogurt with some nuts or a hard boiled egg and some fruit. I never make my breakfast in the morning and I found that these things are pretty balanced and keep me full until lunch.
I eat 1 thomas's light multigrain english muffin w/ 1 tbs of smart balance omega pbutter w/ 1/2 sliced banana at 8 am. Really quick prep & keeps me full till 12pm when I eat the rest of banana!

Sometimes I prep my breakfast at night when I know I'm going to be rushed in the am. I will put the oatmeal in a bowl with a spoon next to it on the counter so all I need to do is add water. Or, I will put a yogurt with a spoon in a bag (and some puffed wheat in a baggie) the night before- then grab it in the morning and eat that in the car

I have recently started drinking a cup of coffee in the morning and have found a Quaker rice cake that is yummy with coffee. They are Multigrain Cinnamon Toast flavor. I can hardly stop eating them. They are great for on the go.
