PB on toast with a banana
Luna Bar
Sometimes if I have time at night ill make something and put it in a container to grab in the morning. I like tofu, so I'll cook that the night before and just munch on it during my commute.
If you eat eggs you can hardboil some and grab one in the morning.
I think that PB toast is the quickest and most well rounded quick fix for me though.

luna bar and an apple/pear/banana/anything fruit. or an odwalla shake-sold at grocery stores.
Snickers Low-Carb Marathon bars taste pretty good...
Fruit pita. Fill wholewheat pitta with ygourt (can get messy) or sweetened cottage cheese, stuff in as many berries/strawberries as you can. Can also add bananas and honey, or peaches and cinnamon. Can toast or just eat and go. Mm, carbs, protein.. perfect.
You could also soak oatmeal (rolled oats) over night and just heat in the morning and mix in some chopped banana and eat on the way. What I do is have the oats in minimal water overnight in a thermal mug, add a tbsp of skim milk poweder and fruit in the morning, some hot water over the top., and shake it on the way to the train.bus.
Could also buy bulk cans of fruit (peahces, pears, mango etc) and the night before mix it up. In the morning tip on some muesli (can be pre-measured) and yogurt.
Or go shakes/smoothies.

I love grabbing a yoplait light yogurt smoothie in the morning. I
usually grab some fruit or something, too, since the smoothie is only
90 cals.
Granola bar with fruit, bagel toasted with pb (just wrap in foil), shakes, etc
I love the fruit pita idea. Not so sur about the yogurt but the cottage cheese idea.
I like to eat bananas, pb, and honey wrapped in a tortilla.
When I make a chocolate slim fast smoothie I put the ice and milk in blender with a dash of cinnamon or even a dallop of peanut butter
