Recipe Directions for Breakfast Sandwich
- Toast the bread in a toaster.
- Combine the whole egg plus one egg white in a small container no more than 4 inches in diameter. Cook in the microwave until done (aprox. 60 seconds).
- Add cheese into egg container and melt cheese for ~20 seconds.
- Combine for a breakfast sandwich.
