What did YOU have for breakfast today?
I have seen lots of 'What did you eat today', 'what did you have for lunch today', ect....but I have never seen a breakfast one. I think this is a great way to try new foods and get other ideas.
For starters, this is what I had:
- Oatmeal with half a banana, Cinnamon, and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- Half a kiwi;
- Raspberries;
- Raisins;
- Strawberries;
- Unsalted cashews;
- and raw almonds.
What did YOU have today?
A surprisingly good smoothie I made on the spot...
3/4 cup semi-thawed mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, grapes, pineapple and honeydew melon) - 60 calories
1/2 cup orange juice - 55 calories
1 scoop chocolate muscle milk - 150 calories
Total = 265
It ended up tasting like frozen chocolate covered strawberries. Of course, there was a little bit of that aftertaste from the protein, but it really was very good...and simple.
I took fatfree cream cheese and mixed it with some cinnamon and splenda and spread it on 2 pieces of light wheat toast then added a chopped up small banana. also made a side of scrambled eggs!
1/3c oat bran w/cinn and splenda, 1/4c cottage cheese, 1c blueberries and grapes, and 2 coffees of course;)

1 Whole Wheat Wrap
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 Slice Canadian Bacon
1 Slice Fat Free American Cheese
&&
2 cups of black coffee

english muffin with 1tsp of PB
activia yogurt [4oz]
and a banana :)
oh and cant forget the coffee!
FF Vanilla yogurt with flaxseed, cinnamon, and Kashi cinnamon heart to heart
grapes
COFFEE!!! :-)
Greek yogurt with:
- Kashi Go Lean Crunch
- Raisins
- Sliced banana
- Almonds
- 2TBS Peanut butter (Creamy and Cinnamon Raisin)
- Honey
And a cup of coffee with hazelnut creamer.
Total: 800
1. Plain oatmeal w/ strawberries and bluberries mixed in
2. 1 slice of whole wheat toast with ground cinnamon sprinkled on
White rice, roasted dried seaweed, cabbage kimchi.
Giant peach.
Coffee.
