I have seen lots of 'What did you eat today', 'what did you have for lunch today', ect....but I have never seen a breakfast one. I think this is a great way to try new foods and get other ideas.

For starters, this is what I had:

  • Oatmeal with half a banana, Cinnamon, and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
  • Half a kiwi;
  • Raspberries;
  • Raisins;
  • Strawberries;
  • Unsalted cashews;
  • and raw almonds.

What did YOU have today?

Today I had oatmeal with some chopped up apple and almond breeze. And coffee

1 c FlaxPlus Flakes

1/2 c blueberries

1/2 c skim milk

1 small bowl strawberry mini wheats Splash of almond milk :)

cup of oatmeal

raspberry nonfat yogurt

golden delicious apple

water

Egg white scramble and coffee!!

:D A poached egg, two slices of Dempster's wholegrains bread, a couple slices of turkey bacon, and thennn... a huge BOOST smoothie (I always have one, Lol... I think the sugar wakes me right up) with a frozen banana, a tsp of coffee, chocolate sauce, skim milk powder, and cinnamon. Yummyummyummyyyy.

2 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk and a mug of coffee, also with semi skimmed milk. I am going for the most dull breakfast in the world award ;)

2 c. total cereal, one c. of skim milk

1 Medium apple and 1/2 cup hard boiled egg whites (going out for both lunch and dinner today so want to keep it light)

*Giggles* A bowl of canned beans. And coffee, of course!

2 slices of bread w/ jelly and banana.... yum! like dessert! (got my carbs/grains and a bit of fruit)
1/2 a cucumber (got my veggie) + 2 tbsp salad dressing
3/4 cup skim milk (got my dairy and some protein)

Couldve had more protein, but a good breakfast from many food groups!

I'm so jealous! I want almond milk! We dont have it here in Australia

I had fresh strawberries sliced, topped with natural low fat yogurt and sprinkled with low fat toasted muesli with sesame seeds and a little cup of soy milk.


Kashi Go Lean crunch cereal with milk, almonds, and blueberries.

Oatmeal made with milk, splenda and cocoa powder, to make chocolate oatmeal.  Delicious! :)

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 5 almonds
  • 5 pecans
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • 1/4 cup fresh picked blueberries

Stonyfield Organic Vanilla yogurt

Protein oatmeal- (packet of instant oatmeal, microwaved with egg whites in it), and a coffee.
